INVITATION LETTER

You are invited to participate at an International Festival KO UČIM, GRADIM »TO TEACH IS TO BUILD« - »The Worlds which Bring us Together«.  

We aim to bring together primary and secondary school teachers, school counsellors, librarians and school management to discuss and share your views on successful linking by using modern didactic approaches and suitable communication as one of the most important aspects of education.

The participants of the festival will be given a unique opportunity to present your didactic approaches, teaching and learning situations as well as good practice cases from your teaching with the stress on the personal growth of children and teenagers, as well as on current social developments.

 

You are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the festival through submissions of your papers and a  presentation of a good practice case from your teaching choosing from the following themes:

 

1. Cross-curricular teaching
2. Work with children and teenegers with special needs

       3.  Work with gifted students

       4.  School counselling

       5.  Extra curricular activities and school events

6.  Library and its learning environment

       7.  Student's practical work in cooperation with future employers

       8.  Student exchange and inernational cooperation

       9. Innovative approaches to teaching

       10. Communication at school

 

 

Your paper, written either in Slovene, English, German or Croatian language, will be published in a collection of full papers in electronic format.

 

On October 6th 2017 all the active participants will be given an opportunity to make a presentation of a good practice case from your teaching which is also presented in your paper.
