LAKE BLED

Lake Bled enjoys a reputation for its exceptional beauty.

Bled, with its surroundings and natural beauty, is one of the most beautiful Alpine Resorts, characterised by its mild, climate and thermal lake water.

The image of Bled with the Lake and small Island in the middle of the lake and the Castle perched on a rock above are the lake landmarks.

Bled attracts explorers, recreationalists, business people, artists, athletes, young and old people from all over the world. Its beauty captivates them and convinces them to come back again and again.

Bled's natural beauty, historical sights and favourable geographical location make it the best place to visit. The beauty of the mountains is reflected in the lake's surface, the sun, the calmness and fresh air evoke extremely pleasant feelings for visitors at any time of the year and provide ideal conditions for a pleasant break or an active holiday.

Background of this paradise are the wooded slopes of Jelovica, Pokljuka, the peaks of the Julian Alps with the highest peak Triglav, the symbol of Slovenia, and the Karavanke Mountains.

In the middle of the lake is a romantic little island with a Church of Our dear Lady or Mary’s Church. The island and the church have a rich history. The church and houses on the island and the famous Wishing-Bell from 1543.

Enrolment Conditions

Confirmation of enrolment in the course

Confirmation of your Enrolment request in the selected course by the Naklo Biotechnical Centre means reservation in the course you’ve chose and we will hold a place for you in the selected course.

You will receive confirmation that you are enrolled in the course at the e-mail address you entered when filling in the Registration form. If you do not receive confirmation of your Enrolment request, it means that you are not enrolled in the selected course.

Please check the confirmation mail of enrolment in the course.

Confirmation of enrolment in a course does not automatically confirm that the selected course will take place.

Course confirmation

A course is only confirmed when a sufficient number of candidates have enrolled. You will receive a Course Confirmation from the Naklo Biotechnical Centre to the e-mail address you entered when filling in the Registration Form.

Course payment

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the current account of the Biotehniški center Naklo. Information about payment and conditions will be sent to you together with the course confirmation.

The full amount must be paid within 15 days of confirmation that the course will take place. In case of late enrolment, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Course cancellation

Cancellations must be made and communicated by email.

If you are forced to cancel your participation in a course due to unforeseen problems, you may first consider the following options:

Re-enrol on any of our courses within the next 12 months;
Any other colleague can take your place and use the registration fee already paid
For cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the start of the course, the Biotehniški centre Naklo will retain 30% of the course fee.
For cancellations made in the last 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full amount will be retained.
Absence for personal reasons, early departures and late arrivals are not legitimate reasons for claiming reimbursement.
If your visa is denied, you must send us a written refusal from the authority with the reason for the refusal.

Privacy Policy

We try to collect only the minimum information necessary to complete our service for you. In some cases, we may collect more information based on your requests.

In order to provide our services to you, we often collect personal data. Personal data will only be used for administrative tasks related to enrolment and completion of our services, such as certification on successful completion of a course.

Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual, for example your first name, last name, contact details such as email address and telephone number, the level of teaching in your organisation for the purpose of didactic preparation of courses.

In certain circumstances, we may ask you for a valid form of identification, to process registration or based on legal obligations, which we will only collect with your consent.
